Respecting your appointment time
Your appointment time is reserved for you. I understand that illness, emergencies and unexpected changes occur. Giving as much notice as possible allows the time to be offered to someone else.
Cancelling or changing an appointment
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
You can use the link in your Cliniko confirmation or reminder, or contact Myomasters on 0424 740 243. A cancellation or change made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full appointment fee.
Illness and exceptional circumstances
Please do not attend if you are unwell in a way that may place others at risk or make massage inappropriate.
A late-cancellation fee may be waived for genuine illness, an emergency or another exceptional circumstance. This is considered reasonably and at my discretion.
Not attending
If you do not attend and have not cancelled, the full appointment fee may be charged. Any outstanding amount may need to be paid before another appointment is booked.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in prepayment being required, online booking being restricted or future appointments being declined. A health-fund rebate cannot be claimed for an appointment that did not occur.
Arriving late
Please call or text if you expect to be late. Your appointment will normally still finish at the original time so the next client is not delayed.
If there is not enough time to provide appropriate treatment, the appointment may be shortened or cancelled and the full fee may apply. The full booked treatment time cannot be guaranteed after a late arrival.
If I need to cancel
Myomasters is a sole-practitioner practice. If I need to cancel because of illness, emergency or another unavoidable event, I will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer to reschedule. You will not be charged.
